This information is based on sources from Baza. According to the report, the blocking process could be implemented nationwide through mobile networks and fixed internet.

However, Roskomnadzor has neither confirmed nor denied this report. Their press service stated that no additional comments would be provided beyond previous information.

Notably, this news is not a "sudden occurrence." The process of restrictions against Telegram has already begun.

In recent days, information has been given about gradual restrictions imposed on the messenger and fines applied. The Kremlin has explained these restrictions as responses to violations.
