The US is considering severe scenarios regarding Iran

The US administration is reportedly discussing various scenarios related to the situation with Iran, according to sources cited by the “Axios” publication. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the information, there is a plan for any situation, and one of the most drastic measures being considered is the possibility of an assassination attempt against Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. The publication notes that one of the US president’s senior advisors stated, “In one of the scenarios, the issue of eliminating the Ayatollah, his son, and other religious leaders is considered.”
However, the source could not specify which option the president might choose and emphasized that the president himself may not have made a final decision yet. Additionally, according to another source, a plan to kill the Iranian leader was presented to Donald Trump several weeks ago.
But these reports are not yet officially confirmed decisions and are regarded as information based on sources. The material also mentions another direction: if Iran agrees to abandon its plans to develop a nuclear bomb, the US might consider limited nuclear enrichment opportunities for Iran.
This means that on one hand, harsh pressure scenarios and on the other hand, technical possibilities for an agreement are being discussed simultaneously. A complicating factor is that Reuters agency has reported recently about sharp statements and deadlines surrounding nuclear negotiations.
This has led to broad discussions about any internal scenarios. In conclusion, the current situation indicates that rather than decisions being made, active work is ongoing on various options.
In such circumstances, the most important thing is to remain calm. Until official statements, clear decisions, and real steps are announced, any reports about scenarios based on sources should be considered only as possible options.
