Rising temperatures are reducing the number of boys.

The global warming process observed on our planet today poses a serious threat not only to nature but also to the future of humanity and its demographic structure. Zamin.uz reported on this.
Recent scientific research conducted by leading scientists from Oxford University has revealed a worrying situation. These studies show that excessive increases in air temperature are causing a decline in the number of boys born in various parts of the world.
This phenomenon once again confirms how deeply climate change affects humanity. To draw their conclusions, researchers carefully analyzed over five million birth records in thirty-three countries south of the Sahara and in India.
The obtained data, based on clear evidence, indicates that during periods when air temperatures exceed twenty degrees Celsius, the birth of boys decreases significantly compared to girls. According to scientists, excessive heat during the earliest and most critical stages of pregnancy has a negative impact on fetal development.
According to experts, it has been determined that male fetuses are significantly less resilient to high temperatures than female fetuses. For this very reason, the risk of fetal loss increases sharply in hot regions and during intense seasons.
This, in turn, leads to a disruption of the natural balance in birth statistics. This scientific conclusion once again proved how greatly climate changes can affect human health and the number of future generations.
It is warned that if these processes continue in the future, serious demographic changes may be observed.
