The stockpile of US defense missiles is sharply declining

The issue of the United States' defense reserves has recently come to the forefront of the global community's attention. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to reports, it has been confirmed that the volume of defense missile reserves within the US territory and its jurisdiction has significantly decreased during the observed period. This situation is not just a simple calculation but poses a serious problem in preparing for potential future threats.
It is especially noted that even at the initial stages of conflicts, the country's interceptor missile reserves were limited. This indicates that the root of the problem is deeper.
Recent events confirm that the short but intense armed conflict between Iran and Israel in 2025, which lasted twelve days, caused a significant depletion of these reserves. During this war, although both sides actively used their defense systems, the missiles used by Israel were mainly taken from reserves supplied by the US due to American financial and technical support.
At the same time, Iran's effective and extensive use of cluster munitions further tested Israel's defense system. As a result, Israel's defense resources decreased faster than expected, and this process directly affected the US's own reserves.
Experts believe that such a situation could impair the US's ability to respond quickly and effectively if new conflicts arise in the region in the coming years. Military analysts emphasize the difficulty of restoring digital devices not only within seconds but also within hours and days.
For this reason, the country's leadership and military command system are deeply studying this situation and trying to develop a new strategy. Restoring reserves and managing them effectively has become one of the most urgent tasks in foreign policy and national security today.
