Iran Delivered a Major Military Blow to the US and Israel

The military conflict in the Middle East region has entered a new phase. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Over the past three weeks, Iran has been conducting regular military operations against the US and Israel. According to experts, during the conflict with Iran, Donald Trump indicated that the situation for US military forces had reached its limit and tried to ease the situation.
On the night of March 21, Iran dealt major blows to Israeli and US military bases. This operation is called the "Just Promise."
According to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, 55 US military facilities in the Middle East were targeted by "Qiyom" and "Imad" missiles as well as unmanned aerial vehicles. Among the targeted areas were the Israeli cities of Haifa and Tel Aviv districts.
Iran's military attacks caused significant damage not only to military facilities but also to 39 oil refineries, gas fields, and other energy infrastructures in 9 countries. The strikes continued on the night of March 22 as well.
In the Israeli city of Arad, 64 people were injured as a result of shelling, including a five-year-old girl. According to The Wall Street Journal, Iran also launched missile strikes on the Diego Garcia base in the Indian Ocean.
One of these strikes was intercepted by the defense system, while the other missed its target. Additionally, damage occurred at the US base in Baghdad, causing a fire.
In response to this situation, the Americans decided to send 2,500 marines to the Middle East. Their main task is to control strategically important islands in the Persian Gulf — Abu Musa, Qeshm, and possibly Khark.
At the same time, Iran began a mining operation in the Strait of Hormuz south of Larak Island. According to American analyst Jeffrey Sachs, this war poses a major threat to global security.
The actions of Trump and Netanyahu could also harm the global economy. This situation may lead the region and the entire world politics to a new strategic situation.
Military actions are expected to further escalate tensions in international relations.
