A shooting occurred at a school in Russia against a teacher and a student.

Today, on March 26, a tragic incident occurred at the 32nd general education school in the city of Chelyabinsk, Russian Federation. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

A ninth-grade student at the school staged a shooting during class, posing a danger to teachers and classmates. The incident happened during lesson hours, and as soon as the fifteen-year-old student entered the classroom, he first attacked the teachers with a gas spray.

Then he shot a female classmate in the head. After the confrontation, when he tried to escape from the school building, he jumped out of a window and as a result, broke a bone in his leg.

Currently, the student who carried out the attack and the injured classmate have been taken to the hospital by emergency medical personnel. The teacher was diagnosed with burn injuries due to the chemical substance and is also receiving treatment.

According to classmates and close friends, the student is usually a calm and serious-natured boy who previously practiced karate. The main reason for the incident is said to be the student's jealousy of the classmate girl over another boy, which led him to bring a weapon to school.

The investigative authorities have initiated a criminal case on charges of attempted murder regarding this incident. The student's father, Artur K, stated that he has not yet determined where his son found the weapon, but he himself is 41 years old, engaged in chess sports, and has raised his son in this direction.

The boy regularly attended karate club training sessions and participated in various tournaments. After the incident, the school building was temporarily closed, all students were sent home for safety reasons, and the educational process was suspended while the investigation continues.
