Relations between Russia and Arab states are intensifying
The geopolitical situation in the Middle East is changing rapidly, and these processes are placing not only the region but global diplomacy as a whole in the face of new challenges. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

International relations once considered stable and reliable are now under serious pressure. As we analyze the most significant changes in the international arena, we witness how the political balance in the region is being disrupted.

The warm relations that have developed over the years between Russia and the Arab states of the Gulf are currently facing deep cracks. The main reason for this is cited as Moscow's overt support for Iran, which is fighting against the US and Israel.

In particular, speculations regarding Russia's involvement in missile and drone attacks launched by Iran against military bases in Arab countries have further escalated the situation. According to some information, the Kremlin may have provided Tehran with strategic intelligence and satellite data to accurately target US facilities.

Although Russian officials continue to deny these accusations, the leaders of Arab states are not satisfied with such statements and are expressing serious dissatisfaction with Russia's actions. The economic consequences are proving to be very severe for the region.

According to analyses, Gulf countries are losing billions of dollars every day due to regular attacks carried out by Iran. Especially the disruption of security in the Strait of Hormuz, the main artery for oil and gas exports, is dealing a major blow to the economies of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait.

The vetoing of resolutions against Iran by Russia and China in the UN Security Council was perceived as a betrayal in the Arab world. Taking advantage of the situation, the Ukrainian leadership has begun strengthening defense cooperation with Gulf countries.

Offering its experience in combating Iranian drones, Ukraine has signed important agreements with Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar. Analysts believe that these processes in the region could, in the future, lead not only to a reassessment of relations with Russia but also with the US, which has failed to provide them with sufficient protection.

This indicates that a completely new political era is beginning in the Middle East.
