USA and Iran reveal details of the Islamabad memorandum

The main directions of the memorandum are presented as the guarantees of the US administration and the obligations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The guarantees provided by the US side are clearly specified in the military and security sectors: it will stop attacks in Lebanon and other fronts and immediately terminate military actions on all fronts.

Control of the nuclear program also occupies an important place: Tehran's nuclear threat is considered eliminated, and the enriched uranium reserve is diluted or its level is lowered. In the fields of economy and sanctions, the US will completely lift the bans imposed on oil exports and reintegrate into the global energy market.
