We are not changing our position and are pleased to note that many countries are realizing that without a long-term stable agreement that addresses the root causes of this situation, nothing can be agreed upon,” Lavrov said.

He noted that the consistent position of the USA on Ukraine stands in contrast to the positions of European countries. Understanding the positions of European countries is also difficult, as they are quite unstable and change depending on whose ideas are prevailing.
