Ten people died in Gaza while waiting for water
In the central part of the Gaza Strip, ten people died as a result of an airstrike carried out among the peaceful population waiting for water. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

It was reported that among the victims, there were six children. According to local hospital data, 16 people, including seven children, were injured.

According to witnesses, a rocket was fired from a drone at the people waiting at the water distribution point in the Al-Nuseyrat refugee camp. Images taken from the scene show casualties among children and adults.

This was reported by the BBC. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) acknowledged the attack and stated that the rocket fell several meters away from the intended target while aiming at an Islamic Jihad militant.

The military assessed the incident as a technical error and announced that an investigation is underway regarding the incident. The IDF's statement expressed regret over the harm to civilians and noted that efforts are being made to prevent such incidents.

The occurrence of this incident near a school and kindergarten in Nuseyrat should raise serious concerns within the international community. This incident in Gaza occurred on Sunday.

On the same day, at least 19 Palestinians were killed in Israeli airstrikes in other areas. Reports indicate that homes in central Gaza and Gaza City were targeted.

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) reported that the field hospital in Rafah has received over 3,400 patients injured by firearms in the last six weeks. Of these, 250 have died.

In recent days, it has been noted that many injured people are being brought to this hospital, especially those wounded near food distribution points. On Saturday, Nasser Hospital reported the deaths of 24 people near an area where food was being distributed.

Witnesses claim that Israeli soldiers fired at people. However, the Israeli side denied these accusations, emphasizing that only warning shots were fired.
