Starting from April 24, the possibility of submitting an online application for the registration of a new vehicle in Tashkent city through my.gov.uz has been launched in a trial mode. This was reported by the press service of the Unified Interactive State Services Portal (YAIDXP).

It is noted that currently this opportunity is being tested at the "Fayzobod" registration and examination (RO and IO) department in Tashkent city. If the test is successfully completed, the system is planned to be implemented first throughout Tashkent city, and later in other regions.

The applicant specifies how they will receive the service when filling out the application through my.gov.uz:

1. The applicant goes to the RO and IO department for registration;
2. Mobile service — a YHXX employee comes to the designated address (for an additional fee).

The application will be reviewed within 2 working days. When providing services at the address, the citizen will receive a notification about this (first, the YHXX employee will contact the applicant).

When going in person, after payment, it is necessary to show the application number at the "Fayzobod" department. The YHXX inspector will inspect the vehicle and provide the state registration number and registration certificate.

The registration fees are:
- registration: 6.84 times the minimum wage (2.56 million soums), for electric vehicles, motorcycles, and trailers — 1.5 times the minimum wage (562.5 thousand soums);
- re-registration — 0.1 times the minimum wage (37.5 thousand soums);
- state registration number — 3.5 times the minimum wage (1.31 million soums);
- technical passport — 0.7 times the minimum wage (262.5 thousand soums);
- technical inspection — 0.1 times the minimum wage (37.5 thousand soums).

Registration of gasoline vehicles costs 4.17 million soums, electric vehicles and hybrids — 2.17 million soums.

The cost of on-site service depends on the time frame: arrival within one day — 4 times the minimum wage (1.5 million soums), within three days — 3 times the minimum wage (1.125 million soums), within five days — 2 times the minimum wage (750 thousand soums).

If the distance exceeds 10 km, an additional 0.05 times the minimum wage (18,750 soums) will be charged for each km.
