The Book of Ideological Creatures Included in Hogwarts Curriculum
Within the extensive and detailed mythology of the Harry Potter universe, a number of elements have sparked scientific analyses and debates among fans. This was reported by Upl.uz.

One of these is the "Book of Ideological Creatures," a study guide distinguished by its aggressive behavior and the requirement to be restrained with a chain. At the same time, this book has been included in the official curriculum of Hogwarts School for 13-year-old students.

According to recent expert opinions, this event is not accidental but is explained as a well-thought-out pedagogical tool. Although the Harry Potter series is highly developed, it contains some theoretical gaps that still lack a complete official explanation.

The "Book of Ideological Creatures" occupies one such place. The book's aggressive nature indicates its potential danger and raises questions about its origin and true purpose in the educational process.

The emergence of this book is regarded by many analysts as a sign of the franchise's theme expanding and taking on a darker tone in "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban." The "Book of Ideological Creatures" is a guide on caring for creatures, possessing a unique character.

It quickly became one of the most iconic symbols of the series, recognized alongside objects like the Golden Snitch or parts of Voldemort. At first glance, the book is seen as part of the unusual lifestyle in the magical world created by J.K.

Rowling. Copies in the bookstore "Flourish and Blotts" are kept inside a special cage, emphasizing its danger.

Harry Potter's struggle with the book creates a comedic situation, but a simple instruction given by Hagrid — to stroke the book along its edge — makes it obedient. Inside, there is information about complex magical creatures such as manticores and sphinxes, making it one of the richest informational texts in the third-year curriculum.

Although the author is not specified in the literary source, the film credits the authorship to Eduardus Lima. This name refers to a real person — graphic designer Eduardo Lima, who created the visual style for many props in the films.

The book has existed long before the main story, at least since 1927, and is shown as a trap element in the film "Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore." In the "Prisoner of Azkaban" adaptation, the book is depicted as a hairy folio with spider eyes and shaking jaws.

This image has become an integral part of the franchise's commercial system, including souvenir copies sold at Universal Studios theme parks. Nevertheless, serious questions arise about the book's use in school.

Officially, Hagrid is said to have found it "interesting," but this explanation is insufficient, especially against the backdrop of events like the book attacking Neville Longbottom in the film. There are several theories about the book's origin.

The book's behavior is not unique in the magical world. For example, there are other enchanted or partially sentient texts like Tom Riddle's diary.

However, the "Book of Ideological Creatures" is a mass-produced and openly sold product, occupying a place among dangerous and permitted artifacts. One theory suggests the book is an enchanted object that mimics life.

Like the Golden Snitch, its movement imitates the behavior of the unique snidget bird. Another, darker theory suggests the book may be the result of forcibly altered living creatures.

Professor McGonagall's lessons allow for such processes to be possible.
