Today marks the 63rd birthday of the well-known artist Mirza Azizov

Had he been alive today, the renowned artist Mirza Azizov would have celebrated his 63rd birthday. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The bright memory of the actor, who dedicated his entire being to the art of theater and cinema and did not shy away from skillfully performing complex and even negative roles, still holds a deep place in the hearts of his fans and loved ones. Mirza Azizov was born in 1963 in the Chust district of Namangan region, into the family of the renowned hafiz Muhammadjon ota.
According to the recollections of the artist's spouse, Tojibar Azizova, the actor's father was a learned man with a profound knowledge of Persian poetry and classical music. This high spiritual environment was reflected in Mirza Azizov's own personality.
Born when his father was already quite old, this son stood out from a young age for his intelligence and thoughtfulness. Their love story began during their student years, starting from a simple friendship.
Recalling those times, Tojibar opa emphasizes that her husband was extremely generous and caring. During their student years, when financial difficulties were felt, Mirza Azizov would secretly put money into his classmates' bags, and with the income he earned from wedding services, he would set up festive tables for his friends in the dormitory.
The actor's creative path was also unique. In particular, his negative role in the film "Tubanlik" was so convincing that many viewers believed he was such a person in real life as well.
Some people even called his spouse to advise her not to live with such a man, and there were instances where sellers in the market were unwilling to sell products to him. However, despite such attitudes, Mirza Azizov understood well that someone had to play these roles to highlight the flaws of life.
The artist's efforts were worthily recognized by the state. In 1999, he was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Uzbekistan, and in 2013, he became a People's Artist of Uzbekistan.
Furthermore, he gained international recognition and was awarded the gold medal named after Chingiz Aitmatov. Starting from 2016, he led the Muqimiy Theater and exerted all his strength to ensure the institution achieved academic status.
Unfortunately, at the peak of his creative plans and dreams, on April 16, 2021, the 58-year-old artist passed away due to coronavirus. Tojibar Azizova still remembers the 35 years of happy life spent with her husband with longing.
Their intention to go on an Umrah pilgrimage together, unfortunately, remained unfulfilled. Mirza Azizov will remain eternally in the memory of our people as a devoted artist who left behind a rich creative legacy and examples of humanity.
