The Ministry of Justice has provided this information. According to the ministry, recently singer Sardor Mamadaliev was fined.
He used the poem "I Need an Unloved Beloved" by poet Ilhomjon Kamilov without agreement with the author. No contract was made between the parties, and the poem was used in the song without the author's permission.
According to the court's decision, Sardor Mamadaliev was fined 750,000 soums. The artist was accused of violating copyright.
It is worth noting that previously singer Yulduz Usmonova also appealed to the government of Uzbekistan. It is important to respect copyright and create on a legal basis.
Additionally, artists need to prepare legal documents to protect their works. The laws of Uzbekistan are aimed at protecting copyright, and strict measures are being taken in this regard.
Artists and creators must know their rights and use them correctly. Not violating copyright and conducting creative activities within the legal framework is the responsibility of every creator.
