According to the results of inspections, Russia's "Wildberries" e-commerce platform paid more than 50 billion soums in taxes, reported the press service of the Tax Committee.
It was noted that the committee continues its work to legalize the activities of entities engaged in e-commerce.
It was determined that the activities of the "Wildberries" marketplace in the Republic of Uzbekistan do not comply with certain requirements of tax legislation. A tax audit was conducted at the organization, and 51.2 billion soums (of which, 42.8 billion soums is VAT) were paid as additional tax liabilities calculated for the years 2022–2024,” the report states.
According to the report, conducting activities in full compliance with the requirements of Uzbekistan's legislation ensures open relations with tax authorities and excludes grounds for objections.
