According to the exchange rates effective from August 7, 2025, several major currencies have seen a noticeable decrease against the Uzbek soum.

The US dollar (USD) dropped by 96.40 soums, now standing at 12,524.89 soums. The euro (EUR) also fell by 140.29 soums to 14,456.23 soums. The Russian ruble (RUB) decreased by 1.90 soums, reaching 156.54 soums.

The British pound (GBP) declined by 128.14 soums, settling at 16,648.08 soums. The Japanese yen (JPY) fell slightly, down by 0.54 soums to 84.84 soums. The Swiss franc (CHF) lost 143.95 soums, now at 15,453.29 soums. The Chinese yuan (CNY) dropped by 16.30 soums, making the new rate 1,742.79 soums.

Tomorrow’s rates indicate a downward trend for all major currencies, signaling a strengthening of the Uzbek soum in the short term.
