An explosion occurred in the 25th section laboratory of the "Navoi Azot" plant in Navoi city due to a gas-air mixture ignition. As a result, 1 person died, and 11 citizens were injured.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fire was completely extinguished by firefighters at 14:50. Medical assistance is being provided to the injured, and an investigation is underway regarding the incident.
