It has been reported that a Spark car hit a traffic police officer in the Andijan region. According to the traffic safety department, the incident occurred on March 30 on a road passing through the Orikzor neighborhood of the Andijan district.
Details of the traffic accident
The driver, born in 1989, lost control of the Spark vehicle while driving and crashed into the rear of another Spark vehicle that was stopped at a red traffic light, causing the traffic accident. However, the driver fled the scene.
The victim contacted the internal affairs department officials regarding the incident. Based on the complaint, the traffic police attempted to stop the Spark vehicle, but the driver did not comply with the legal demands of the traffic police and hit one of them, continuing to drive away.
The driver's condition and legal proceedings
Investigations revealed that the driver was in an intoxicated state. It was also found that he had previously been deprived of his driver's license. Necessary documents have been formalized regarding the incident, and the case has been sent to court.
Currently, the issue of taking legal measures regarding the actions committed against the traffic police officer is under consideration.
