According to the decision of the court of the mandatory enforcement bureau of the So‘x district, an enforcement document has been received to collect a credit debt of 765 million soums from the head of the private firm "X.X." in favor of the "Agro bank" JSC Fergana region So‘x district branch, and enforcement proceedings have been initiated.

Since the debt was not settled within the voluntary period given to the debtor, during the enforcement actions, one tractor and one vehicle belonging to the company were seized and placed in the impound lot.

In the future, these properties will be sold at electronic online auction sales, and the funds raised from the sale will be used to settle existing debts.

If the debtor had regularly paid back the credit received, they would not have lost their equipment and would not have been left walking at a time when the demand for agricultural machinery was increasing.
