According to the enforcement order of the Civil Affairs Inter-District Court of Qarshi, it was determined to return the 5-year-old girl to the custody of her mother, D. Nusratova.
Although the Qarshi city department of the bureau initiated enforcement actions and warned the debtor about voluntarily complying with the enforcement document, the girl was not returned to her mother. Therefore, on January 13 of this year, an administrative fine was imposed on the debtor.
On February 24 of this year, compulsory enforcement actions were appointed to ensure the execution of the enforcement document.
During the enforcement process, the rule of law was upheld, and the girl was returned to her mother. However, this process concluded not only with the execution of legal documents but also with the reunification of the family, triumph of love, and compassion.
The bureau staff explained how significant the child's life and future are for the family, that every family faces various trials and misunderstandings, but love and forgiveness are the best ways to overcome them, leading to a positive outcome for one family's fate.
