Nepomnyashchiy: Analysis of the game between Spartak and VAR

While discussing Spartak's game, he noted that he did not see significant changes in the team. The "Red-Whites" played in their characteristic style, and the game was generally enjoyable.
The hosts tried to attack quickly and actively, but they were not lucky in converting their chances. Regarding the referees' decisions, the expert emphasized that there was no serious criticism.
The performance of the "Dinamo" team, however, was somewhat disappointing. It differed from the image of a tough and resilient team from the previous season.
Some key players were missing from the team, which also posed difficulties for Spartak. Additionally, the management's dissatisfaction with the refereeing was not supported by the expert.
He pointed out that players' overly emotional reactions to such situations hinder the team from fully realizing its potential. In their opinions about the referees, he mentioned that if the VAR system had not been used, Spartak's victory could have been much larger.
VAR corrects mistakes, but it diminishes the interesting aspects of the game. Therefore, teams need to adapt to this system.
Regarding Spartak's complaints about the refereeing, he stated that it is the club's right, but experts identified only one clear mistake in refereeing – the non-awarding of a penalty. As for the controversial situations, in the case of Moxammed Azzi playing with his hand, it was not a relevant handball but rather an accidental touch.
The situation with Nail Umyarov stepping on someone’s foot was quite controversial, and the referee's decision should have been different here. When discussing Anton Zabolotniy’s game, he has become an important player for the team, and his adaptation is also crucial for others.
The team coach praised his performance as well. He is demonstrating efficiency along with his combat skills.
Although he has scored goals in recent matches, they were not officially counted, but it is necessary to give him confidence and support him mentally. As for Manfred Ugalde, how he is utilized on the field entirely depends on the coach's decision.
