Rahimov: The Ahmat team has significantly strengthened

Rubin team head coach Rashid Rahimov gave an interview to Match TV before the game against Ahmat. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

He shared his thoughts on the preparations before the premiere. According to Rahimov, the preparation period before the season was short.

Due to the absence of new players in the team, there have not been significant changes in the squad. For this reason, he emphasized the need to prepare for a difficult game before the start of the season.

He mentioned that the match would be interesting and complex because the Ahmat team has strengthened and has many new players in their lineup. Rahimov also stated that the issue of acquiring new players was discussed during a meeting with the head of Tatarstan.

However, he pointed out that it is difficult to find quality players due to the short summer transfer period. The coach noted that the strengthening of the Ahmat team is particularly related to the addition of striker Konate and midfielder Mansiljan to the team.

This, in turn, allows the team to maintain the game from the bench. Overall, strengthening the team or maintaining the level of play is considered a significant advantage.

Rahimov emphasized that they are ready for the game and expressed hope for a complex and interesting match.
