
Benfica announced on its official website that central midfielder Rishard Rios has joined the team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The Colombian player transferred from Palmeiras to Lisbon's Benfica. The contract signed with Rios is intended for five years and will be valid until the middle of 2030.
The transfer fee for Rios amounted to 27 million euros. Additionally, Benfica will cover the solidarity payments to the clubs that developed the player, which amounts to approximately 419 thousand euros.
The contract also includes a buyout clause for Rishard Rios set at 100 million euros. This gives the club the opportunity to sell the player at a high price in the future.
It is emphasized that the cooperation between the team and the player is long-term and reliable.
