The head coach of Kaliningrad's "Baltika" football team, Andrey Talalaev, assessed the level of satisfaction with the current player selection. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

I will not repeat the mistakes made by others before.” These words are quoted by the "Sovetskiy sport" publication. Talalaev tries to follow the recommendations of German politician Otto von Bismarck in his work.
He emphasized that he strives to move forward by gaining experience from every situation. Andrey Talalaev has been managing the "Baltika" team since 2024.
Last season, his disciples won the PARI First League tournament, accumulating four more points than the Moscow "Torpedo" team, securing first place in the competition. This achievement is the result of the coach's hard work and the team's serious preparation.
