The Sochi club has signed a contract with midfielder Aleksandr Kovalenko from the Orenburg team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
A labor contract was signed with the 21-year-old player for four seasons. Kovalenko will take the field wearing the number 19 for the Sochi team.
In the summer of 2022, Aleksandr Kovalenko moved to Sochi, but soon he was loaned out and returned to the Krylya Sovetov club. The following year, he played for Zenit.
Thus, Kovalenko is expected to take the field for the Sochi team for the first time. The Sochi team lost 0:3 away to Lokomotiv in the first round of the Premier League.
