Russian coach Igor Ledyahov, who previously served as the head coach of the "Ahmat" team, commented on the games of the Grozny team this season. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to him, the "Ahmat" team is usually accustomed to being located at the bottom of the competition table. Compared to last season, there have been changes in the "Ahmat" roster, and key players have left the team.
For this reason, a new "Ahmat" is forming this year. Last season, the Grozny club finished in 14th place and was at risk of relegation to the second division.
The team managed to secure its position by defeating "Ural" in the qualifying matches. This season, however, "Ahmat" has suffered two defeats in the Russian Premier League, against "Rubin" and CSKA.
Overall, the team is renewing its roster and developing based on new plans. This raises hopes for improved results in upcoming matches.
