Sergeyev praised the format of the Russian Cup

Moscow "Dynamo" team's forward Ivan Sergeyev praised the current format of the Russian Fonbet Cup competition. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, the frequent matches in the tournament help players to be in constant preparation. Sergeyev emphasized in an interview with the "Championat" publication that the presence of Cup games throughout the week is beneficial for the team.

On Tuesday evening, "Dynamo" faced "Sochi" and won 3:2. In this match, Sergeyev scored twice.

Currently, "Dynamo" is participating in the competition along the path of the Russian Premier League. The group stage of this tournament will be held in the summer and autumn months.
