Manchester United is interested in Sporting Lisbon's midfielder Morten Yulmann. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Foreign sources report that the famous English club has offered 40 million euros to Sporting to acquire the Danish player.
However, Yulmann's contract includes a buyout clause set at 80 million euros. Nevertheless, it is said that Sporting is willing to sell their captain for a much lower price, around 50 million euros.
Another major club, Juventus from Italy, has also shown interest in Morten Yulmann. The Transfermarkt website lists the player's market value at 50 million euros.
Yulmann's current contract with Sporting runs until the summer of 2028. It is worth noting that Yulmann is well acquainted with Manchester United's head coach Ruben Amorim.
Amorim served as the head coach of Sporting until November of last year. For this reason, negotiations regarding the player's transfer to a new club are ongoing.
So far, no specific agreement has been reached between the parties.
