“Akron” will now hold home games in Tolyatti

Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, the governor of Samara region, provided information about the construction of the “Akron” stadium. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The Tolyatti city football club was established in 2018. In its early years, the club held its home matches at the stadium in Zhigulyovsk city.

Currently, the team shares the “Samara Arena” stadium with “Krylya Sovetov.” According to Fedorishchev, the current situation in sports and the economy is considered normal.

He emphasized that it is possible to endure this and stated that he is certain about the construction of a modern “Akron” stadium in Tolyatti by 2030. According to him, the new stadium will have modern infrastructure and meet all requirements.

Additionally, this year, the leadership of the “Akron” club signed an agreement with the Tolyatti city administration for the reconstruction of the “Torpedo” stadium. These efforts are crucial for improving local football infrastructure and for the team to have its own field.

The new stadium and reconstruction projects will serve the development of Tolyatti football.
