Gasilin: Fayzullayev left CSKA for game practice

Attacking midfielder Abbosbek Fayzullayev has left Moscow's CSKA team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Turkey's "Istanbul Bashakshehir" club announced that they have signed a five-year contract with the 21-year-old Uzbekistan national team player. Aleksey Gasilin, a former well-known footballer, shared his thoughts on Fayzullayev's departure from CSKA.

According to Gasilin, Fayzullayev did not play in many matches last season and was mainly a substitute player. Nevertheless, he was recently recognized as Asia's best young footballer.

Gasilin emphasized that Fayzullayev is a good player and possesses all the necessary qualities. He may have accepted the offer because he was guaranteed a place in the starting lineup in the new team.

Because he wants to have regular game practice. Gasilin also noted that CSKA received a good amount of money for Fayzullayev.

According to reports, the Moscow club will receive 7.5 million euros from the transfer and 10 percent from any future transfer. It is worth noting that the Uzbekistan national team will participate in the World Cup for the first time in 2026.
