Former Russia national team player Andrey Kanchelskis shared his thoughts on the new season prospects of Moscow's "Dynamo" team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to him, many expect high results from the team under the leadership of head coach Valery Karpin. Kanchelskis emphasized that winning a trophy with "Dynamo" will not be easy for Karpin.
The team has not won any trophies for many years. As a coach, Karpin has not achieved significant successes so far.
He is considered a respected specialist, but one cannot win trophies solely based on reputation, says Kanchelskis. According to Kanchelskis, if Karpin cannot deliver the necessary results for the team, there is a possibility of replacing him with another coach.
For reference, "Dynamo" last won the championship in 1976. This season, the team started with one draw and one victory.
For this reason, fans and specialists are expecting good results from the new coach.
