The Hungarian football club "Ferencváros" midfielder Muhammad Abu-Fani may not transfer to Moscow's CSKA team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
This was reported by the publication Sport5. The reason given is that the player's release fee is very high.
The Budapest club's management has demanded four million euros for the transfer of the 27-year-old Israeli citizen Abu-Fani. The CSKA club considers this amount excessively high and has decided to halt negotiations.
Muhammad Abu-Fani has been playing for "Ferencváros" for two years. During this time, he has participated in a total of 92 matches, scored ten goals against opponents, and assisted his teammates in scoring 26 times.
His current employment contract with the club is set to last until mid-2027. So far, there is no information about new offers for the player to transfer to another team.
The "Ferencváros" club plans to keep Abu-Fani. Thus, due to the high release fee, the player's transfer to CSKA is not expected.
