“Chelsea” midfielder Karni Chukwuemeka may soon return to Borussia Dortmund. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Currently, almost all terms regarding the transfer of the 21-year-old player have been agreed upon between the two clubs. Sports journalist Nicolo Schira reported this.
The transfer fee is estimated at 25 million pounds, which is nearly 29 million euros. This amount does not include bonuses.
The English player has verbally agreed to sign a five-year contract with the Dortmund club. It is worth noting that Karni Chukwuemeka played on loan for Borussia Dortmund from February to July of this year.
During that time, he participated in 17 matches across all competitions and managed to score once. For reference, in the summer of 2022, Chelsea bought Karni Chukwuemeka from Aston Villa for 18 million euros.
