The first coaching resignation of the new season in the Russian Premier League occurred after the third round. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The “Axmat” club, representing the city of Grozny, decided to terminate its cooperation with Aleksandr Storojuk and his coaching staff. The club and the coach mutually agreed to terminate the employment contract.

The “Axmat” team expressed gratitude to Aleksandr Storojuk for his work and wished him success in his future endeavors. The club is expected to announce the name of the new head coach soon.

In the first three rounds of the Premier League, “Axmat” was unable to earn any points. The team lost to “Rubin” 0:2, to Moscow's “CSKA” 1:2, and to Makhachkala's “Dinamo” 0:1.

The “Axmat” club will hold its next match against “Zenit” at home on August 9. The club's fans are looking forward to the appointment of a new coach and improvements in the team's results.
