Kolivanov evaluated the opponents of the Russia national team

Former famous football player Igor Kolivanov expressed his thoughts about the upcoming games of the Russian national team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

It is known that in September, the team led by Valery Karpin will play against Jordan at home on September 4 and against the Qatar national team away on September 7. According to Kolivanov, he has enough information about the Qatar team, but knows less about Jordan.

In his opinion, Qatar is one of the strong teams, but these opponents are not the highest level teams. Nevertheless, the Russian national team should always unite and strive to show good results.

For information, the Russian Football Union has been sanctioned by European and world football organizations for the past three and a half years. For this reason, the team led by Valery Karpin is currently only participating in friendly matches.

It should be noted that in June of this year, the Russian national team played a draw with Nigeria at home (1:1) and won against Belarus away (4:1). The national team is seriously preparing for the upcoming games.
