
The Jordan national football team does not plan to change its schedule and continues to prepare for the friendly match against the Russian national team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
This was announced by the press secretary of the country's football federation, Ahmad al-Zaha. In response to the question of whether Ukraine requested the cancellation of this game, a representative of the Jordan Football Federation confirmed that the friendly match will take place as scheduled.
He stated that the game against the Russian national team will be held as planned and there will be no changes in this regard. Earlier, it was announced that the friendly match between the national teams of Russia and Jordan would take place on September 4.
It should be noted that currently, Russian national teams and clubs have been suspended from participating in international competitions by a joint decision of FIFA and UEFA. Nevertheless, the Jordan Football Federation stated that it has not abandoned its plans for the game against Russia.
