The match between «Pari NN» and «Rostov» in the Fonbet Russian Cup may be moved to another city. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Previously, the Nizhny Novgorod club announced that this match would take place on August 14 in Yekaterinburg. However, the general director of the «Pari NN» club, David Melik-Guseynov, mentioned that there is a possibility of holding the match in Saransk.
According to Melik-Guseynov, the «Mordoviya Arena» stadium recently received the documents allowing it to host matches. Now the final decision will be made by the Russian Football Union.
He stated that the match against «Rostov» could be held in Saransk, but there is currently no specific information on this. Additionally, the «Pari NN» club announced that their home match against «Dinamo» from Makhachkala on August 18 in the Russian Premier League will also take place in Saransk.
It is known that the «Pari NN» team is currently unable to host matches at their home ground due to renovation work on the stadium.
For this reason, the club is forced to hold its matches in other cities. Final decisions will be confirmed by the Russian Football Union.
