Tumilovich: Karpin is capable of rebuilding "Dinamo"

The former goalkeeper of the capital's "Dinamo" team, Gennadiy Tumilovich, shared his thoughts on the activities of Valeriy Karpin, who is currently working as the head coach of the Moscow club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to Tumilovich, the current performance results of the team cannot be compared with those from the previous head coach Marchel Lichka's era. He stated that the most significant difference is noticeable in the quality of play.

Nevertheless, Tumilovich believes that Karpin will succeed in rebuilding the team. The reason is that there are still skilled players in the squad.

For reference, Valeriy Karpin was appointed as the head coach of the "Dinamo" club in June. Before him, Marchel Lichka held this position, but he was dismissed in May 2025.

Currently, ahead of the fourth round of the championship, Karpin's "Dinamo" team is in tenth place with four points. The team is preparing to play against the "Sochi" club on Sunday.
