Guberniyev: The salary cap in RPL is the right decision

However, when players' salaries and expenses are excessively increasing, this situation raises questions for the sports minister and society. In his opinion, proposing such a measure in the current economic conditions is a natural and correct decision.

Additionally, there are plans to tighten restrictions on the number of foreign players in the Russian Premier League. In a recent statement, the Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Degtyaryov, said that soon Russian clubs will be able to register 10 foreign players, of whom five can be on the field at the same time.

Currently, the "13+8" formula is in effect in the RPL. Such changes are expected to contribute to the development of football in the country and its economic stability.
