Manchester United has abandoned the transfer of Donnarumma

Reports are circulating that PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is seriously considered for sale. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Donnarumma, a member of the Italian national team, was not included in the squad for the UEFA Super Cup match. Earlier, there were reports in the media linking Donnarumma with England's Manchester United club.

However, the likelihood of this transfer happening is currently low. According to information provided by Goal portal citing The Athletic, Manchester United has abandoned the search for a new goalkeeper after Aston Villa refused to sell goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez.

The club management has stated that the issue of bringing in a new goalkeeper may only be reconsidered if Andre Onana leaves the team. In the first round of the English Premier League, Manchester United will host Arsenal at home.
