Experienced Uzbek coach Sergey Balaxnin commented on the possible resignation of "Spartak" team head coach Deyan Stankovich. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to recent reports in the media, the Serbian specialist may be dismissed from the club if the team's results do not improve. Sergey Balaxnin stated that there has been a risk regarding Deyan Stankovich's position for more than a year now.
He emphasized that "Spartak" is currently not at the level of a team that can compete for the championship. At the same time, it was mentioned that clubs like "Zenit" and "Dinamo" are getting stronger, all teams are working on improving themselves, but there seems to be insufficient effort in this regard from "Spartak".
It is known that before the fifth round of the Russian championship, "Spartak" has only collected 4 points out of a total of 12, placing them in 11th position in the tournament table. This result is reportedly not satisfying the team's fans and management.
If the team does not improve its results, the resignation of the head coach is not out of the question.
