Spain's "Valladolid" football club has rid itself of unsuccessful president Ronaldo, but problems continue. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to Spain's Marca publication, recently unknown individuals stole approximately 500 meters of electrical cables prepared for repairing the lighting system named "Jose Zorrilla" at the club's stadium. Despite all surveillance cameras, the police have not yet identified the criminals.
Based on last season's results, "Valladolid" was relegated from Spain's first division. The club accumulated only sixteen points throughout the entire season, which is the worst result in the Spanish championship in the 21st century.
This is a major challenge for the club's management and fans, and serious efforts must be made for improvement in the future. Repairing the stadium infrastructure and improving the team's sports performance remain among the club's top priorities.
