Naumov: Mourinho's peak activity is behind him

Former head of the "Lokomotiv" club Nikolay Naumov shared his thoughts about the famous Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
He spoke about this in an interview with the publication "Euro-Football.Ru." Euro-football.ru reports on this.
According to Naumov, Mourinho's highest career peak is behind him, and it would be beneficial for him to take a break. The expert believes that Mourinho is lagging behind modern football trends.
While he used to stand out with his unexpected decisions and mysterious strategies, he has now become a simpler coach. Additionally, Naumov said that the Saudi Arabian championship could be the most suitable option for Mourinho.
There, high salaries are offered to coaches, conflict situations are taken into account, and there is an opportunity to work with experienced older players. Mourinho is currently coaching the "Benfica" club.
His team will play against Madrid's "Real" club in the Round of 16 of the Champions League. This match will take place on February 17 in Portugal.
