How did Faryozbek Do‘smatov win the gold medal at the "Thailand Open"?

The “Thailand Open” international boxing tournament held in Bangkok has reached the final stage, and today the decisive matches are ongoing. Our compatriot, Olympic champion Hasanboy Do‘smatov's brother Faryozbek Do‘smatov also participated in this prestigious competition and achieved championship in his weight category.

The final match in the -55 kg weight category took place between Faryozbek Do‘smatov and the representative of the host country, Saravut Sukthet. The fight started in a very intense and uncompromising spirit. In the first round, both boxers stood out with their active and aggressive movements.

However, during the second round, the well-known Thai boxer Saravut Sukthet suffered a cut above his eye, and after a doctor's examination, he was not allowed to continue the fight. Demonstrating true fighting spirit, Do‘smatov was declared the winner by the doctor's decision and claimed the gold medal.

This achievement is one of the biggest victories for Faryozbek Do‘smatov in the international ring, instilling confidence that he will also achieve high results in major competitions in the future.
