Dzyuba is considering ending his career at the end of next year
Forward Artyom Dzyuba spoke about when he might decide to end his football career. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Recently, the experienced player extended his contract with the "Akron" club for another season. He says he will review the results of the next season. For now, he has given himself another year, after which he does not know what will happen.
Dzyuba has set himself a goal: to play for another year and perhaps then to finish. He might continue for another year, but for now, he needs to complete this year, said the player. Artyom Dzyuba will turn 37 in August.
He joined "Akron" in September last year. Since then, he has played in 24 official matches, scored 10 goals, and assisted his teammates 7 times.
"Akron" finished the current season in ninth place in the Russian Premier League table. According to Dzyuba, he has not yet made a clear decision about continuing or ending his football career, but he wants to give his all and continue helping his team.
