The country's football federation spokesperson Mustafa Hashimi stated this. According to him, the team is ready to play, but such a match needs to be discussed among the federation leaders.

If the Russian national team is looking for an opponent and is ready to play against Afghanistan, they are prepared to consider the offer. It should be noted that the Russian national team has been banned from international competitions by the decision of FIFA and UEFA.
