The Russian national team wants to compete against Chile

The honorary president of the Russian Football Federation, Vyacheslav Koloskov, shared his thoughts on a potential friendly match between the Russian and Chilean national teams. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, if the Russian team plays against Vietnam, Chile would be a huge rival. Of course, Chile is a serious opponent for the Russian national team and is considered one of the strongest teams in South America.

The Russian national team has been banned from international competitions since February 2022. Therefore, Valery Karpin's players are only holding friendly matches.
