Davide Ancelotti may become the head coach of Botafogo

Davide, the son of Brazil national team head coach Carlo Ancelotti, may be appointed as the head coach of the "Botafogo" club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Local publication Globo Esporte reported on this matter. According to the source, "Botafogo" intends to dismiss the previous coach Renato Paiva after the conclusion of the World Club Championship and has expressed its intention to sign a contract with Ancelotti's son to the Brazilian Football Confederation.

Currently, Davide is working in the Brazil national team staff. The team is in third place in the competition table until the last two rounds of the World Cup qualifiers, trailing behind Ecuador and Argentina.

Ancelotti's son has previously worked with clubs such as "PSG," "Bayern," "Napoli," "Everton," and "Real Madrid," but has not worked as an independent head coach. This appointment is expected to mark a new stage in his coaching career.
