The offer was regarding the purchase or loan of midfielder Leslie Ugochukwu. The 21-year-old player has attracted interest from "Valencia," which proposed a loan option.

According to renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano, "Chelsea" has rejected offers from "Valencia" and several other clubs. The club prefers to sell the player outright rather than loan him again.

Several teams from the English Premier League are also showing interest in Leslie Ugochukwu. Last season, Leslie Ugochukwu played on loan at "Southampton."

"Southampton" finished in last place in the English Premier League. In the summer of 2023, "Chelsea" purchased Leslie from "Rennes" for 27 million euros.
