Anton Miranchuk, a midfielder for the Swiss team Sion, will return to the Russian championship in the future. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
This opinion was expressed by former Zenit player Aleksey Gasilin. Gasilin stated during a broadcast on the "Match TV" channel that he believes Miranchuk will return to Russia sooner or later.
According to him, if the midfielder cannot show excellent results this season, the likelihood of him returning to his homeland is high. Last season, the 29-year-old Miranchuk played in 24 matches in the Swiss championship, scored two goals, and provided three assists.
The Russian player's contract with Sion is set to last until mid-2026, and his market value is approximately 2.5 million euros. Miranchuk's return to the Russian championship is eagerly anticipated by fans.
